HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative to support our Transportation Projects team in overseeing construction activities. You will read and interpret drawings, track progress, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors on site.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, daily activity records, and collaboration in a team environment to deliver safe, quality infrastructure projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; construction experience on multidisciplinary projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Review materials for contract compliance; track quantities and develop pay estimates.
• Attend or chair construction progress meetings; observe installation and testing of systems.
• Develop project punch lists and record documentation for engineer review.
