Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs; identify conflicts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; teamwork.
• Must be able to travel and work onsite at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities, labor, equipment and materials.
• Review materials for contract compliance.
• Track quantities and develop pay estimates.
• Attend and chair construction progress meetings.
• Conduct observations of installed equipment and systems.
• Develop project punchlists and record documentation.
• Assist with project audits and closeouts.
• Supervise junior staff and subconsultants.
• Work under supervision of senior staff.
