Idaho Housing and Finance Association is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Program Coordinator to support resident programs across THC Properties. You will collaborate with internal staff and external providers to promote resident well-being and community engagement.

The role focuses on coordinating resources, developing guides, and coordinating PSH providers while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science, public administration, human services, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Grant writing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Section 8 and LIHTC programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and promote educational and social service resources for residents, including trainings, workshops, and community events
• Develop and maintain regional resource guides for services available
• Conduct quarterly evaluations to assess community needs, with a focus on upstream instability prevention
• Research and provide relevant presentations, seminars, and classes to address identified needs and interests of residents
• Create and distribute quarterly resident newsletters to keep residents informed of services and programming
• Support internal team in identifying local services and service providers for residents
• Source and coordinate Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Track vacancies, resident referrals, and additional information to maintain accurate records and meet reporting requirements
• Other job duties as assigned
