Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Package Room Attendant in Bellevue to manage package reception, labeling, and delivery to residents, while supporting the concierge desk for a seamless resident experience.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, on-site coordination, and adherence to safety and privacy policies in a luxury residential setting within the Bellevue Towers complex.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1-2 years related experience.
• Previous experience in customer service roles strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and labels all packages for the community and directs deliveries to Residents.
• Delivers packages to Residents and assists with concierge desk duties.
• Maintains professional familiarity with residents' preferences and events via property systems.
• Answers phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Keeps shift logs and reports for continuity and security awareness.
• Ensures building safety procedures are followed and assists with access control.
