Responsibilities

• Oversee package room operations across luxury residential buildings, ensuring accurate intake, logging, organization and delivery.
• Directly manage Package Assistant Managers and Assistants, create staff schedules, recruit, onboard and coach team members.
• Develop and improve operational procedures, track metrics, and collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency, quality and scalability.
