Responsibilities

• Oversee package room operations within luxury residential buildings.
• Ensure accurate package intake, logging, organization, and delivery processes.
• Maintain package room cleanliness, organization, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor volume trends and workflows to improve service levels.
• Resolve resident package concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with building policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Directly manage Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants.
• Create and manage staff schedules ensuring proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and support.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist with disciplinary action and conflict resolution when necessary.
• Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows.
• Track metrics, staffing performance, and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Maintain inventory and operational supplies as needed.
• Uphold professionalism and customer service standards.
