Job summary

Luxer One Liaison is seeking a friendly, organized individual to manage package rooms and lockers at a Downtown Seattle luxury apartment building. Expect on-site presence, resident interactions, and coordination with Luxer One Support. Position involves lifting up to 60 lbs and daily use of our software.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1–2 years of customer service, reliable transportation, and comfort with Google Suite and basic tech. Schedule Tue–Sat, 12:00pm–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• 1–2 years of customer service in a client-facing role.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work Tue-Sat in Downtown Seattle.
• Comfort with package-management software and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Build a presence on-site at assigned properties and assist residents with package questions.
• Log packages into the management system and arrange them on shelves.
• Deliver packages to residents' doors or in-unit (up to 60 lbs).
• Coordinate with Luxer One Support and perform lightweight maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate package records through physical audits and software reviews.
