Luxer One is seeking a friendly, organized Liaison Package Handler for Downtown Seattle. You will maintain package rooms and locker systems at upscale residential properties in Downtown Seattle, WA. The role emphasizes on-site presence, strong customer service, and efficient use of our software.

You will log packages, assist residents, and coordinate with property staff and Luxer One Support. The position requires the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and a reliable means of transportation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Comfortable using digital package management software and Google Suite.
• Reliable transportation and living near the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence and support to residents with package questions or account inquiries.
• Log delivered packages into the property's package management system.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or units (60 lbs max).
• Arrange and label packages on shelving for quick location by residents.
• Identify aging or stale packages through audits to maintain accuracy.
• Email correspondence via Gmail with residents, staff and manager.
• Serve as primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support.
• Troubleshoot lightweight hardware/software for locker/package rooms as needed.
