Responsibilities

• Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure quality service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with nursing staff on individualized meal plans.
• Monitor food costs, waste, and other metrics to improve efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with local food vendors and suppliers.
