Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Dietary Assistant to join our dietary team. As a Dietary Assistant at Bethesda Care Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive delicious and nutritious meals that meet their individual needs. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals to our residents, including tray delivery and retrieval

• Assist with food preparation, including food handling, cooking, and plating

• Maintain a clean and organized dietary department, adhering to infection control standards

• Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and food waste reduction initiatives

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure that all meals meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents, families, and staff members

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager
