Job summary

Stillwater, LLC is seeking a Move-In Coordinator at The Lakes at Stillwater to coordinate occupancy goals and support move-ins, move-outs, and in-house transfers. The role interacts with residents, families, and leadership to ensure smooth transitions and timely documentation.

The position works with Sales & Marketing for tours and events, following the Platinum Service program to deliver quality resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist incoming residents with transition and move to the facility.
• Assist residents moving out or transferring between apartments.
• Coordinate refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units with Maintenance & Housekeeping.
• Communicate needs and requirements to site leadership.
• Assist in reporting: weekly, monthly, move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate assessments and move-in documentation.
• Support pre-occupancy residents with move logistics and home sale coordination.
• Engage Platinum Service program for all move-ins.
• Back up Sales & Marketing for tours and events per Director input.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
