Wisteria is opening a Continuing Care Retirement Community and seeks a full-time, onsite Move In Coordinator in Woodland, CA. The role focuses on coordinating move-in logistics and ensuring residents are settled and oriented with a collaborative effort between marketing and operations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Associate degree or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Coordinate all duties and logistics leading up to and including move-in.
• Collaborate with Plant Operations, Environmental Services and management to ensure smooth transition.
• Provide personalized attention to residents, set expectations, and resolve issues.
