Waltonwood is seeking a Move-In Coordinator to warmly and safely welcome residents, liaise with families, doctors, and pharmacies, and coordinate with department heads for a smooth transition.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will organize move-in paperwork, schedule checkpoints, and ensure units are ready. The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication, and compassionate service to residents and their families.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Customer service experience and an outgoing demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate move-in activities with families, physicians, and staff to meet resident needs.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time for move-in checkpoints.
• Keep units ready by coordinating with Maintenance and creating move-in calendars.
• Guide residents to activities and follow up with families after move-in.
• Maintain organized resident folders and assist with marketing events.
