Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from PTA program; current California PTA license or meet state requirements.
• Proficient with electronic health records and rehab software (Net Health, PCC).
• Ability to read and follow treatment plans and communicate with the rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapist with resident care under supervision.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation per facility and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safe, infection-controlled treatment environments and assist with equipment.
