Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Medication Assistant to support residents with daily living tasks and medication administration. The role is open to both full-time and part-time schedules, offering hourly pay between $17.00 and $18.50 based on experience and a range of benefits.

The position requires at least a GED or high school diploma and two years of resident care experience with medication management.

Resident Medication Aide Responsibilities include:

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
• Assist in monitoring the medication program
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents

Resident Medication Assistant Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Two (2) years of resident care experience and medication management and/or training required
