Life Help in Cleveland, MS seeks an Entry level Night Shift Supervisor to support residents in group homes on weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes supervision, safety, and compassionate care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Verbally prompt and assist members as needed to complete daily cleaning duties, personal hygiene, laundry, etc.
• Observe members daily for any problems, (i.e. aggression, auditory or visual hallucinations, etc.)
• Assist with planning, cooking and serving of meals.
• Complete weekly physical facilities checklist and monthly fire drills.
• Maintain documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete and timely.
• Monitor the residence for cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Monitor and report need for supplies of residence (cleaning products, food items, housewares, etc.).
