Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum one year of construction/maintenance or property management experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of single‑family home systems (appliances, HVAC).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM, InContact, Balto).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of maintenance work from initiation to completion.
• Assist in managing Capital Improvement Projects and vendors.
• Review, document and track maintenance requests in company systems.
• Assign work orders to internal or external resources per guidelines.
• Approve vendor bids and manage change orders when needed.
• Provide recommendations on vendor utilization and pricing.
• Diagnose maintenance problems and determine solutions.
• Dispatch clear instructions to vendors for resolution.
