Qualifications

• Experience in construction/maintenance or property management preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of maintenance work from start to finish.
• Assist in managing Capital Improvement Projects and vendors.
• Receive, review, and document maintenance requests in company systems.
• Assign work orders to internal or external resources.
• Approve vendor bids and manage change orders.
• Diagnose maintenance problems and determine solutions.
• Dispatch clear instructions to vendors for resolution.
