Job summary

AGPM, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Orlando to lead the maintenance team and ensure timely responses to resident requests. You will work closely with the Property Manager and leasing team to drive move-in/out experiences and preserve the community’s physical integrity.

Requirements include EPA and CPO certifications, 5+ years in property management and maintenance, valid driver’s license, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in multifamily property management.
• Ability to complete tasks/projects on-time.
• Ability to collaborate with people and manage large teams.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate resident service requests as received via electronic system.
• Schedule on-call rotation and assist with service as needed.
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by other technicians.
• Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance, service requests, and make-ready status.
• Maintain maintenance budget and inventory.
• Ensure safety materials are current and property compliance with ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA, etc.
• Lead maintenance team to respond to resident requests promptly.
