Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Life Engagement Coordinator to deliver meaningful programming for residents by incorporating Six Dimensions of Wellness across care levels. The role reports to the Life Engagement department and includes supervising Assistant Life Engagement Coordinators and Memory Care staff.

The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with responsibilities for planning outings, maintaining activity areas, and managing the engagement budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement resident activities reflecting Six Dimensions of Wellness.
• Complete Life Story/Six Dimensions assessments for new residents.
• Oversee and support Resident Engagement staff, including training and mentoring.
