Jaybird-Senior-Living is seeking a Life Engagement Coordinator to deliver meaningful programming for residents, aligned with the Six Dimensions of Wellness. The role includes supervising engagement staff and coordinating activities across all levels of care, with evenings and weekends required.

You will develop plans, oversee Life Story assessments, community outings, and memory-care life stations, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive resident experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, plan, and implement resident activities reflecting Six Dimensions of Wellness.
• Complete Life Story / Six Dimensions assessments for new residents.
• Oversee and mentor engagement staff and volunteers.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise outings and community events.
• Maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment; manage volunteer involvement.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters.
• Monitor memory care life stations and resident stores as applicable.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with volunteer regulations.
