Job summary

You will maintain nursing records, follow infection control protocols, and participate in required trainings including Program Instructor and Crisis Prevention Intervention within six months. Strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical, abuse registry review, and criminal background check.
• Experience in custodial care of patients preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; Dubuque County does not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, instruction and training to residents and clients.
• Assists clients into and out of beds, wheel chairs, and vehicles.
• Maintains detailed records and charts on client activities and results and physical matters.
• Performs related tasks as required.
