GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to enrich residents’ lives by planning and delivering engaging activities across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional domains. The role emphasizes creativity, energy, and strong people skills within a team environment.

You will help organize events, promote activities, and support the resident community with occasional transportation and setup duties, using social tools to showcase daily happenings.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and implement resident activities across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional areas.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents to help plan and implement programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events (games, painting, singing, music).
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Set up and break down events and activities.
