Job summary

HERITAGE OAKS MANAGEMENT ENTERPRISES USA LLC seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Director of Life Enrichment in delivering daily activities that meet residents' social, spiritual, emotional, physical and intellectual needs.

You will help plan and implement programs, maintain spaces and equipment, and ensure documentation and compliance with standards. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience planning social and recreational programs.
• Unrestricted driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering comprehensive activities for residents daily.
• Support the Director of Life Enrichment and participate in program evaluations.
• Maintain activities area and equipment in compliance with standards.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings; complete required documentation.
• Assist with resident participation and satisfaction tracking.
