Qualifications

• 1 year experience planning and coordinating events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva knowledge preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on resident monthly calendar and newsletter.
• Plan and execute on- and off-campus events and outings.
• Clerical tasks: software use, filing, phone reservations.
• Create billing requests for Independent Lifestyles events.
• Partner with residents on interests and committees.
• Maintain good rapport with other departments.
• Support La Posada's mission on campus and in community.
