The Ashford at Sturbridge, part of Wallick Communities, is seeking an Activities Director to create engaging weekly programs for residents. You will lead a team, plan and supervise activities, and collaborate with departments to enhance quality of life for seniors.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, implement and supervise resident activities.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement.
• Lead a team of activities assistants with daily delegation and supervision.
• Manage supplies budget and purchasing.
• Coordinate with all departments to communicate resident progress and involvement.
• Partner with marketing to share activity information with prospective residents.
