Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, and supervise activities for residents while maintaining confidentiality of personal and medical information.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement and participation.
• Lead a team of activity assistants, including daily delegation and supervision.
• Manage the supplies budget and purchase necessary items regularly.
• Serve as the liaison between all departments in the community to communicate resident progress and involvement in activities.
• Partner with the marketing team to provide activity information as a selling point to potential new residents and their families.

Qualifications / About You

• High school diploma or GED.
• Great customer service skills, compassionate, dependable, friendly, and motivated to enrich the lives of senior citizen residents.
• Organized, self‑starter, good computer skills, adaptable, flexible.
• Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus, but all are encouraged to apply.
