Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Activities Associate to lead resident programs, coordinating creative activities that enhance social engagement and well-being across our Westfield community.

You’ll plan, execute, and document events, adjust activities for diverse abilities, and collaborate with care teams to foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere where residents thrive and feel connected.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment to promote socialization, creativity, and well-being.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging them to join.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate levels and inclusivity.
• Prepare for sessions by setting up spaces and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities (arts/crafts, games, music, exercise, social gatherings) and record participation.
