Qualifications

• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs based on their cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare for success by organizing activity spaces and ensuring all supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities, ensuring inclusivity and tracking participation.
