Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities to promote resident well-being and community.
• Organize events and entertainment that encourage socialization and creativity.
• Assess resident abilities to tailor activities and ensure inclusivity.
• Prepare spaces and equipment for activities and document participation.
• Facilitate individual and group activities such as arts, games, music, and gatherings.
