Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities to promote resident well-being and community spirit.
• Coordinate and communicate upcoming activities to encourage participation.
• Assess residents' cognitive and physical abilities to tailor activities inclusively.
• Set up activity spaces and prepare equipment and supplies for successful programs.
• Document participation and outcomes of activities, including group events and individual sessions.
