Trilogy Health Services seeks an Activities Associate to lead engaging recreational and social activities, enhancing residents' quality of life and sense of community. You’ll organize programs, coordinate events, and tailor activities to diverse abilities in a supportive long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities that promote community and quality of life for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare activity spaces and organize equipment and supplies for use.
• Lead and document activities such as arts, crafts, games, and music, recording participation and outcomes.
