Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents, encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities for appropriate activity levels.
• Prepare for success by setting up activity spaces and ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, exercise routines, and social gatherings, recording participation and outcomes.
