Job summary

Liberty Senior Living in Lantana, Florida, is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support resident programming and activities.

You will help plan, schedule, and coordinate life enrichment events, assist with move-in orientation, and contribute to a monthly Community Newsletter. This role requires a high school diploma, a friendly, team-oriented attitude, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Must cooperate well with others and be able to problem-solve.
• Must work well under pressure and be willing to perform various jobs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and promoting programming based on residents' needs and interests.
• Assist with move-in orientation for new residents.
• Assist with event sign-ups and reservations for life enrichment programs.
• Educate residents on event policies and procedures for reservations and sign-ups.
• Create the calendar for all life enrichment programs and events.
• Conduct recreational activities indoors and outdoors as directed by supervisor.
• Post all events and programs to encourage participation.
• Attend programs outside regular hours when needed.
• Contribute content for a monthly Community Newsletter.
• Perform other duties as requested.
