Job summary

Liberty Senior Living – The Carlisle in Lantana, FL is seeking an experienced Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and promote programming for residents, assist with move-in orientation, sign-ups, and the calendar in collaboration with the Community team.

The role includes conducting recreational activities, posting events, and contributing to the monthly Community Newsletter. Flexibility for after-hours duties and occasional resident transportation may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
• Must be willing to work and cooperate well with other employees.
• Must be able to problem-solve.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must be willing to perform various jobs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and promoting programming based on needs and interests of the residents.
• Assist with move-in orientation with all new residents of the Community.
• Assist with the event sign-ups and reservations for life enrichment programs.
• Assist in educating residents on the policies and procedures for event reservations and sign-ups.
• Assist with creating the calendar for all life enrichment programs and events.
• Conduct recreational activities, both indoor and outdoor as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in posting of all events and programs to encourage participation.
• Attend programs at times other than regularly scheduled duty hours when needed.
• Assist with content for a Community Newsletter on a monthly basis.
• Performs other duties as requested.
