Job summary

Bridge Property Management in Kent, WA seeks a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 2 to manage the full leasing cycle at our community. You will conduct tours, convert inquiries, execute leases, support renewals, and drive resident retention through proactive follow-up.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect traffic from inquiry to signed lease.
• Conduct tours and demonstrate apartment/community value.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and resident retention activities.
• Maintain accurate traffic, availability, lead, and application records.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Maintain model and tour readiness standards.
• Provide courteous service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through disciplined follow-up.
• Maintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations.
