Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in person or on the telephone.
• Manage the resident application process and lease documentation.
• Assist prospective residents with applications and follow up as needed.
• Ensure leases are signed and units are ready for move-in.
• Enter all paperwork into One Site and maintain records.
• Keep the office clean and office area organized; open the office daily.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.
