Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and conduct tours.
• Manage application processes and follow up on leads.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and move-in paperwork is complete.
• Maintain a clean office and handle administrative tasks.
• Follow-up with residents, prospects and applicants promptly.
• Enter paperwork in One Site and maintain records.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to Fair Housing rules.
• Assist with lease transactions and collections as needed.
