Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the leasing process, including touring, qualifying prospects and finalizing applications.
• Responding to phone and email leads.
• Rent collections and banking.
• Process renewals in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain lease files and company records.
• Current resident retention and satisfaction.
• Community marketing on major sites and social media.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by Property Manager.

We are a growing property management company seeking a lively and motivated candidate to join our team! We own and manage properties in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, including Luxury New Construction!

We are looking for outgoing, friendly, energetic people who will thrive in a team atmosphere.

Our ideal candidate will be adept at time management, multi-tasking and possess superior customer service skills. We are looking for someone who has leadership skills as we like to promote from within. 75% of our leasing consultants and assistant managers are promoted within a year.

Prior residential or leasing experience is a plus - but is not required. We will provide training!
