Job summary

Randolph College seeks a licensed or license-eligible counselor to join its Counseling Center. The role provides individual and group counseling to students, crisis intervention, and coordination with campus resources.

• Master’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Formal approval of registered supervision with the appropriate licensing board is required.
• Licensed Counselor licenses (e.g., LPC/LCSW/LCPS) in Virginia or eligibility to obtain them is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling to Randolph College students.
• Provide crisis intervention services and assessment/referral.
• Complete timely clinical documentation in Titanium EHR.
• Coordinate care with campus offices during crises.
• Offer psychoeducational programming, outreach, and training to students/faculty/staff.
