Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a part-time Community Impact Coordinator in New Brunswick, NJ. You will develop and implement educational, social, and empowering on-site programming to improve residents’ lives and property operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating supportive service plans, ensuring compliance and timely reporting, and connecting residents with community resources. The role requires travel between properties and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field, or two to three years of Social Service experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of supportive service plans and the delivery of needed and appropriate programming and services at all assigned properties.
• Maintain compliance with supportive service program requirements and ensure all PMC, state and federal reporting is completed on-time.
• Assess residents’ needs and facilitate access to services and/or provide resources for residents.
• Educate residents on lease obligations to assist them in being more successful tenants.
• Proactively address rental delinquency issues, housekeeping issues and resident related issues which could attribute to high resident turnover or property damage.
• Identify, network and collaborate with community agencies to provide programming and services that will educate and enhance the quality of residents’ lives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field

2-3 years of experience in Social Service field
