Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an experienced licensed nurse to manage day-to-day healthcare operations in our Westminster community, ensuring residents receive compassionate, high‑quality care across shifts.

The role requires an active state license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years of relevant experience; supervision of licensed staff and care aides; and involvement in medication training and training of Caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN)
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Experience supervising nursing staff and caregivers

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day healthcare operations to meet residents' needs.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity with quality care across shifts.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication techs/CMAs, and caregivers; provide ongoing training.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure continuity of care and staff coverage.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication safety.
• Share on-call duties as required.
