Qualifications

• Education to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license required.
• Experience supervising licensed nursing staff and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day healthcare operations to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Ensure residents are treated with dignity and receive quality care across shifts.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians and Caregivers; provide ongoing training.
• Manage schedules and coordinate medication training and audits per Brookdale guidelines.
• Share on-call duties as required.
