• Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and receive quality care as needs change.
• Oversees and manages staffing, training for Caregivers, and schedules across shifts.
• Supervises licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and provides ongoing training.
• Shares on call duties as required.
• Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
