Job summary
MBK Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Coordinator to join the health services team. The role supports department operations, ensuring dignity and independence for residents while following service plans and MBK policies.
Weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a pay rate of $42.00–$44.00/hour DOE are available. The candidate will coordinate assessments, draft ISP updates, and oversee medication delivery, medication records, and safety procedures under DHS
Qualifications
- Must hold an active RN/LVN/LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2+ years in a healthcare setting or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proficient in basic computer tasks and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessments and support admission decisions for potential residents.
- Draft and update Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Oversee medication delivery and pharmacy coordination as directed by DHS.
- Provide training and education on care procedures and safety.
- Perform nursing functions as needed and ensure accurate records.
