Job summary

Housing Alexandria is seeking a proactive Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to drive occupancy goals through leasing, digital marketing, and community outreach. You will manage prospect engagement, update online listings, and create compelling marketing content to attract qualified residents.

The role blends hosting open houses, updating listings, analyzing leasing traffic, and relationship-building with community partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service.
Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage prospect lists, guest cards, waitlists, and follow-up communications.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media.
Host leasing events, open houses, and community tours.
Represent HALX at community events and partner meetings.
Build relationships with employers and referral partners to increase referrals.
Maintain accurate resident records in Entrata and other systems.
Support marketing initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and storytelling.
