Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple properties in Omaha, NE. You will drive occupancy, budget adherence, and resident satisfaction while leading a regional team.

Strong financial acumen, vendor relations, and staff leadership are essential. Travel up to 25% is required as you coordinate across properties and maintain exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years multifamily, multi-location property management experience; CPM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, management, finance, human services, or related field (or 10 years multi-location management experience).
• Demonstrated track record of leading high visibility and/or performance-challenged properties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team executes the strategy of the Owner(s).
• Understand complex financial statements and budget statements.
• Track progress and report results to leadership and owners regularly.
• Represent Bedrock positively with owners, vendors and the community.
• Continuously learn and improve team performance.
• Operate computers and business software for marketing and operations.
