CAHEC MANAGEMENT INC seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the property safe, clean, and in good working condition. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, apartment turns, and preventative tasks while promptly responding to resident service requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance instructions, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect the property and complete maintenance tasks.
• Work with vendors as needed and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
