CAHEC Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Laurens properties safe, clean, and well maintained. You will handle routine maintenance, repairs, apartment turns, and preventative tasks while responding to resident requests promptly.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, independent work, and good customer service. On-call rotation for after-hours emergencies is part of the schedule, with emphasis on resident satisfaction and property operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Ability to read work orders and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Willingness to complete trainings and certifications as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident work orders with prompt, courteous service.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare units for new move-ins and inspect the property.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and document tasks completed.
