Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to read/speak English.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public while ensuring safety and upkeep.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas, including snow removal when needed.
• Turnover of apartments: cleaning, painting, and preparing units for new residents.
• Document daily/weekly inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Complete OSHA10 training as required by the company.
